Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, any returned items and packaging must be in perfect condition without fault or defect. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship to any address in New Zealand, and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days, from payment being received. If you are paying by bank transfer you need to allow up to two working days for us to receive the payment. Rural address may take an extra 1 or 2 days.
We use both Courierpost and NZ Couriers for most deliveries, please specify to us if you have a prefered service in your area.
We ship daily at 16:00 PM, if your paid order is received before 11.30 am ( Excluding the Baby Eden Playgym Frames, which will be ship the next day) we will send your goods out that day.
Our standard courier service is non-signature required, and the courier will leave it in a safe place if no one is home.
Please advise us if the area you live in is a rural area so we can advise the delivery company, this is to ensure you receive your order on time.
