When will my order arrive ?

Can I cancel my order? 

All orders are dispatched within 2working days from order confirmation. We estimate delivery within 3-5 working days from placing your order (however it is often quicker).

Orders maybe cancelled if we have not already dispatched your product. However if your product is specially ordered or personalised these can only be cancelled within 24 hours.

Did my order go through ?

Do you offer gift wapping?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation. If you have not received this it is possible your order has not checked out properly. If you have any concerns regarding this please Email us @ Baby Eden

Yes, we do offer a gift wrapping service, please select this at check out and we gift wrap your goodies for delivery.

Will an out of stock order come back in stock? 

Does Baby Eden have a store I can visit ?

Yes, if a product is still displayed on the website as Out of stock we will be receiving more soon!  Some products we allow to pre order however some products come from half way around the world and arrival times and be hard to judge. If you wish to enquire about any out of stock items please Email us @ Baby Eden

We are just a small online retailer and unfortunately do not have a store. Our wonderful website is our store and we hope you find everything you need :)

Do you offer International Shipping ?

Why is there a mandatory $10 delivery charge on play gyms?

Currently we only ship to NZ and Australia :)

Due to the nature of the play gyms we have a fixed delivery fee as these are specifically packaged and posted with extra care. however we do offer free delivery over $120.

Do you offer discounts ?

We often have different offers on, sign up for our newsletter, like us on Facebook and Instagram to hear about our latest sales first.
