Changed Your Mind?

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Any returned items and packaging must be in perfect condition without fault or defect. Return shippings costs will be the buyers responsibility.
Item Damaged or Received the Wrong Item?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return, Baby Eden will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If any item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away on admin@babyeden.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and assist you through the process to resolve our error as quickly as possible.  You will have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us according to our instruction.
