We ship to any address in New Zealand, and you can expect to receive your order within 3- 5 days (often sooner), from payment being received. If you are paying by bank transfer you need to allow up to two working days for us to receive the payment. Rural address may take an extra 1 or 2 days.
We offer free delivery on all orders over $120 NZD*
* This excludes play gyms, due to the nature of these there is a $10 surcharge for delivery on both the single and twin play gyms.
Our Delivery Service
We use both Courierpost and NZ Couriers for most deliveries, please specify to us if you have a prefered service in your area.
We endeavour to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. You will receive email once your order has been shipped. Please note: these shipping times do not apply to pre-orders or Lay-Buy.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
Our standard courier service is non-signature required, and the courier will leave it in a safe place if no one is home. Please advise us if the area you live in is a rural area so we can advise the delivery company, this is to ensure you receive your order on time.
Changed Your Mind?
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, any returned items and packaging must be in perfect condition without fault or defect. return shippings costs will be the buyers responsibility.
Item Damaged or Received the Wrong Item?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return, Baby Eden will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If any item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away on email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and assist you through the process to resolve our error as quickly as possible. You will have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us according to our instruction.
Unfortunately specially ordered and personalised items can not be return. All special or personalised orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order should you change your mind, anytime over the 24 hours the order will be shipped upon completion.
